When is not a good idea to launch on Product Hunt?
I have founders asking me about different stages when it makes sense to launch here. You gave tons of great info about how and when to launch,
However, I believe reverse thinking is also useful to eliminate a bad move for people on the fences.
When and why do you consider it's not the time to launch a product here?
Very curious to hear your thoughts on this.

We launched EasyJourno (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...) today on product hunt.
I held back for a few weeks thinking the product is not yet ready and kept tinkering with it. I think deep down I was trying to avoid getting feedback and was trying to stay in my comfort zone. Finally found the courage to launch it!
I think the best time not to launch on ProductHunt is when you are not in a position to take feedback iterate and engage with the community. When you are getting feedback and momentum on your launch the last thing you want to do is not engage with the community. I always considered the ProductHunt launch as a few-day event rather than a single event so it's always better to launch when you have a few days to follow through with the launch.
