We started working on pensil.in around July 2020 and registered it in Dec '20 - Delaware C-Corp
@surender_singh Thanks Surender. Great timeline! What was the most confusing part of registering your own C-corp?
@eugenehp I'm not an American citizen and had to ask a friend to incorporate the company and then 'gift' it to me and my other co-founder. I think that was bit confusing. We had to do it because we got invested from YC.
