When I wake up, I immediately try to remember if it's a weekday or a weekend. If it's a weekday, I groan dramatically. If it's the weekend, I celebrate by going back to sleep for ten more minutes... which turns into two hours:)))
First thing after waking up is definitely grabbing my phone to turn off my obnoxious alarm π Then I check news headlines and scroll social media for a few mins while still half-asleep π₯±π± Only after that can I muster the will to actually get out of bed and stumble to the kitchen to make some life-giving coffee βπͺ The addiction is real! β
@davidcarter Thank you for the detailed routine. How do you make sure that the few minutes you spend scrolling through social media and news actually stay a few minutes instead of taking longer? π
