I believe I would take this opportunity to practise mindfulness and meditation. It would be an excellent way to unwind and clear my mind without the typical technology distractions.
im actually doing it soon, with vipanassa for 10 days. i guess it is a good thing to take days off and to rething what you are doing, whats your goals and passion. find your calm state of being.
Catch up on my book and podcast backlog, do some camping with the fam, actually get around to those house projects I've been putting off. Forced digital detox! Not gonna lie though, I'd be jonesin' for my phone by day 3 😅
