What would convert you from an upvoter or follower on PH to a paying customer after launch?

I'll go first. It has to be an interesting USP to pique my interest. Also, if they have a discounted introductory offer or a free trial period, it sweetens the pot.

To convert on PH I would expect your product's target market would need to be B2B and most likely startups and SMBs. The majority of people on here are around because they are launching their product and supporting others with feedback, advice, and insights. So if your product is aimed at these people I think it has a good chance of conversion! Also on another note - as you mentioned - a free trial or PH special discount (perhaps only running while launch is live) would definitely be a great incentive!

Really good communication with makers/developers, good responses to feedback and I can say I have become a user and customer of a couple PH products that I continue to use :)
