I have always been a night owl, finding peace and focus after everyone else is asleep. However, I have noticed many successful people swear by mornings, saying they feel energized and ahead of the day.
I eave 30 minutes in 3 hours for unexpected meetings or for rest intervals after working for 2 and a half hours on max two projects at a time during 3 hours as per work load.
I was night owl for almost a decade. But once I started prioritising health (both physical and mental), I’m in love with morning routines. It just gives you the fresh start with a clear head. I realised that I can achieve more than being up late at night.
