@ven_fauzia I'm just feeling a bit bummed out lately due to slow progress on the product side. Then there was another news that should really demotivate me from continuing development. But not giving up.
If you leave the team meeting in tears, you're quite emotional, yes, but it also means you probably need to rethink your team communication or speak directly with that "particular" teammate :)
@mkotenko It might be a good idea to reassess how team communication is handled or have a direct conversation with that teammate to address any concerns. Clear communication can make a big difference in team dynamics.
