Be free first, however, you never know if people are used to use ur tool for free, they probably won't ready to pay for it

I'm trying it out now... "Product Hunt" every growth hack list I've seen lists this as the most effective. As founders we have so much other things to do so anything that's high impact with manageable effort is a win!

@oluadedeji I'm happy to hear that. I just launched my project on here today with fingers crossed that this would be as great as it seems. I can't believe I just learned about it. Any tips or tricks you picked up to get the most out of your launch day (or just on here in general)?

@alexander_moen hi again, I started responding to this on 2 other devices :) I think the approach that's worked really well is to tee-up your launch day with a lot of great engagement with the community. Post relevant discussion points and as you've been doing already just being helpful (thanks for your insights on the PR stuff) I'd definitely recommend 1. Posting discussion topics/questions 2. Participating in discussions 3. Upvoting useful products 4. Commenting on other product launches and giving them a push 5. Engage with the PH account and community on twitter too Above I think is super useful to start prior to launching

1) Find relevant communities, e.g. a subreddit or Facebook groups where your target demographic gather. For reddit, use this free tool (https://anvaka.github.io/redsim/) to find additional related subreddits once you've identified a relevant subreddit. 2) Provide high quality useful information to the members of that community for free. When linking to your site, make sure to not link to the landing page, but to the free resource/tool/guide that you created for that post. 3) Rinse and repeat with new useful content. If done right where you actually provide value to users, people will like your content, visit your site and signup to your service.

Comparison website like g2 & capterra can help you a lot if you have well known competitor. Outreaching LinkedIn influencers can help you a lot get early feedback and hire affiliate partners. LinkedIn has curated feed per hashtag which are useful to find influencers. You can use this chrome extension to find relevant hashtag.

Community engagement works really well. Hang out where your user are and get the early feedback .

@shekhar_chandra I second that, it's one of the easiest and quickest ways to get the first stream of signups and feedback for your product.

That’s a tricky question because using a single SaaS tool cannot be defined as a growth hack for a business. We used a combination of tools like ProProfs Chat (helps us capture leads or prospects interested), FullStory (to understand in-app user behavior), SendInBlue (for email marketing efforts), and HootSuite (for automating social media posts).
