One of my most recent startups is with selling a physical product.
Maybe it's not that unexpected, but I sell WAY more on Amazon than I do on my website and one other channel.

Reddit for me. It is the last bastion of real discussion left on the Internet and I have had a lot of traffic and clients come from Reddit.

Yes, we had a similar unexpected source of traffic for our startup Purrfect AI. We were puzzled about a sudden surge in traffic and couldn't pinpoint the source until we discovered a viral post on a niche forum discussing our product.
It was a delightful surprise btw.
