Love everything shared here. Also, check out: - Know Your Team - https://knowyourteam.com - their Slack integration will send out fun, team-building questions that everybody can answer) - Gather - https://www.gather.town - (for remote working)

We use zoom, slack, Notion and Figma. Those help us collaborate as a remote team!

@naoto_shibata_morph Is there any reason you're using Zoom Vs other tools? I have the same stack but use meet / slack but maybe I should pivot over.

@dzaitzow I feel the quality of video on zoom is better than others and I'm used to the experience. But meet is definitely useful for chat with google users.

Mostly a chat application to stay in touch. Video conference every other day at least, and a spreadsheet to track tasks, owners and progress for non coding activities. Git provider for coding related things.

We use Basecamp for documents, tasks and communication. For meetings, we use Gathertown.

I like to implement daily or weekly checkins - depending on the scope and degree of collaboration required for the project/sprint/company. I also think you should reserve time to catch up and connect personally during those meetings.
