What tools do you use to recruit remote talent?
During the pandemic my recruitment team needed to adjust and innovate the way to screen candidates, instead of doing phone screens we changed it to Video Screens... I'd love your feedback on the platform we developed for that purpose... during the last 3 months we've had close to 2,000 video interviews.
