@josej30 Of course not! It remains a great strategy when executed with personalization, relevance, and compliance with spam regulations. And with the right tools!
I just spent a few days last month researching different tools and testing free trials.
It would be great if more tools had the ability to customize the first email to each recipient in a campaign. There are a couple services I found that do this, but the UX isn’t very intuitive.
