@zendog I classify this as a way of venting emotions, which is quite effective but I rarely do it because it's too tiring.

After work I go home and I'll take a nap hahahaha, then I start doing some things I like. This is because my job sometimes requires a bit of creativity, so I can only take a break when I'm off work to get away from my job.
