To be successful, a founder needs a wide range of abilities, and I have seen that different founders possess different kinds of traits. In my opinion, there are two qualities that are more important than any other.
vision : think and picture the future
Strategy: He can devise a good strategy.

Emphaty, Wider PoV, to have a good mentor, care of continues feedback approach & be a good listener.
hmm, few things come to mind for SaaS founders: understanding users' pain points, basic coding know-how, sales and marketing instincts, perseverance, and adaptability. also, good communication is key. you?
