Record video first, then extract audio for podcast snippets, transcribe for blog posts, and pull quote cards for social. One piece of content = a week's worth of value across platforms. Although realistically speaking, I haven't implemented this always but it works some days.
Definitely tailor content for each platform! Reuse key themes but adapt for audience - like more visual for Instagram, news/updates for Twitter, thought leadership on LinkedIn. I also like to cross-promote a bit, like sharing IG post previews on Twitter to draw people over. Tools like Hootsuite help repurpose/schedule across accounts to save time.
