We recently whipped up a command to fetch sales lead info from our DB to Slack channel to cut down time asking around or loading up CRM and fetching. Results are great! Saving considerable time reducing the back n forth. Would love to hear your experiences with Slack commands. PS Happy to share our process if you'd like to try out. LMK!
