I like notion and I built Zhook which can save notes, anywhere from web to notion in real time.

I just started using Obsidian as my note taking app and it's been a gamechanger

When it comes to task and note organization, I love Notion. Another excellent option for project management is Trello.

ChatGPT is my almost everything tool.

@uxcagla I asked ChatGPT exactly that. It said I can use it as a Writing Assistant, Research Assistant, Task Manager, Time Manager, Teacher, Organizer and the list could go on...

Todoist at the moment. But, all eyes on BeforeSunset to see how it works out for me.

It's actually kind of surprising, but I've found that Google Calendar is the productivity app that works best for me. I can put all my meetings in there, of course, but I've also started adding my work and personal tasks as events, using different colors to keep everything organized. It helps me keep everything consolidated in a single place. Second choice would be Trello.

@neri_raanani Trello is the best. Using Google Calendar for productivity might be very strange, but also sensible

Notion. I've tried others but there is no second-best here :))

Built this one for myself. But turned out extremely helpful for a lot other people. https://www.producthunt.com/post...

My most used tool would be One Note. Also I have developed a tool for managing bookmarks and links. Feel free to try it out https://www.producthunt.com/post...

I can't imagine getting anything done without Notion; it's a one-stop workspace for managing anything from to-do lists to research notes to ongoing projects. In addition, I utilize Forest, a focus software that helps you stay engaged and distraction-free by planting digital trees during concentrated work sessions.
