It's actually kind of surprising, but I've found that Google Calendar is the productivity app that works best for me. I can put all my meetings in there, of course, but I've also started adding my work and personal tasks as events, using different colors to keep everything organized. It helps me keep everything consolidated in a single place.
Second choice would be Trello.
