Love this! Usually, tbh the netflix and sleep routine really helps me unplug. Or the long awaited thursday of the week where survivor and amazing race comes out 😎 but recently since I've been spending so much time building, my social times have diminished and I have to say that I now feel energized by them! (Wasn't like this before! I'm the type of person who has a social battery) 🎉
