I keep all personal lists and tasks in Google calendar with a widget on my desktop, but all work information is stored in WEEEK.

Honestly I love writing checklists for the day on a Slack channel + my team does the same, so we’re committed and have a plan.
Plus, defining goal of the day — just one. This I also write in Slack and book my time in calendar.
Pretty standard.
