I would have to say the difference in bandwidth or problems with the connectivity with some of the members in the conference. When one or more have these problems, the rest of the team end up finding it hard to get in sync and stay in sync.

Everyone in my team has their own schedule, their own meetings, their own interviews, and sometimes work on the side, so at times it can get difficult to seize the right moment to discuss without having to do a real meeting.
