My biggest SEO challenge right now is improving our website's mobile optimization. With the increasing importance of mobile search and Google's mobile-first indexing, our site's mobile performance is crucial. We've already implemented responsive design, but we're still struggling with page load times and mobile user experience. To address this challenge, we've started compressing images and minimizing CSS and JavaScript, but there's more work to be done.
