What's the most time-taking part of recruiting?

As far an I'm aware, it's a all-round useful recruiting platform, covering some aspects in candidate sourcing to the candidate pipeline. However, I would say that they fall short when it comes to modern AI techniques in being able to score and rank the best candidates among the applicant pool, which is what my ATS (SkillPool) does far better. In the end, the choice for your recruiting tool will end up depending on your particular needs.
