I think probably staying self aware of how you're thinking and feeling. I think without being tapped in to what your mind and body are compelling you to do, it's easy to stray on to a path that's not healthy for you.

Being curious about everything; curiosity is what fueled our motivation to explore the world when we were children which is what helped us develop and grow, we just tend forget about it when we become adults
