In my opinion, mindset is probably the most challenging thing, beating imposter syndrome, fighting fear, the thought of not being good enough... etc
You can make plan after plan, but if you're not confident in yourself, you just won't make it far.

@abigail_rios1 agree the fear of doing something wrong often times becomes the reason people restrict themselves and don't take some of the good opportunities that will bring them out of their comfort zone. although you still need to maintain a balance between being confident and reckless.
For me its just the distractions and the organization aspects. Nothing is organized properly
Depends on your strengths. Not the hardest but for me its the sales part and meetings etc. Just hate doing that sort of stuff, just want to work on the project.

considering the rapid pace of changes in some markets, I feel like the hardest part about maintaining a business is constant change and the need for adaptability, which comes hard for certain people.
I feel the hardest part of business is often navigating uncertainty, making tough decisions, managing finances, building and leading a team, and adapting to change.
Things like finding the right product-market fit or the right sales strategy are major challenges as a start-up. But a very big challenge in general is never losing motivation and focus in difficult times. As a founder, you have to lead the way even in difficult times and be a role model for your team.
