Biggest lesson for me was the power of building an audience before launching. Grow that email list, nurture a community, create buzz and anticipation. When you finally launch you'll have a built-in user base ready to try your product and give feedback. Wish I had done that from day one instead of trying to find users after launching. Changes the game!

I will never know enough to have all the answers, even about my own product. It’s essential to learn to rely on the team, users, and market analysis аnd, of course, to establish an effective system for validating hypotheses.
