Exercise! I'm always so energized and positive when I work out, and yet so often I'm too busy to hit the gym. But the reality is that with a little planning and dedication, making exercise a consistent part of my routine isn't as daunting as it may seem. All it takes is realizing how good you feel afterward, which for me outweighs any initial resistance to getting moving. Plus, working out gives me time to think about all the important things in life that sometimes slip away from my day-to-day consciousness - from gratitude to self-care. So, on those days when I just don't want to bother? I just remember how energized the rest of my day will be afterwards - and then get out there and do it!
