I want to start regular blogging and drop the unhealthy sleeping habit.

Develop: Reading more books Drop: Unnecessary screen time

Start doing - Daily gratitude writing Stop doing- Over thinking and be more open to feedbacks

Want to develop the habit of sleeping early and drop the habit of having junk food late at night 😂
