What role has user feedback played in shaping the development of your product?

User feedback played a crucial role in our UI and introduction of new features!!

User feedback has been absolutely critical for us. Our mDash alpha testers have been instrumental in the development process because they help us find bugs, show us how real users actually interact with our product, validate our best features, help us fix our worst features, and drive ideas for new features they'd like to see in the future. We're preparing to launch mDash to open beta soon to get even more comprehensive feedback from our various user groups.

We nearly included one of our users in the development of our MVP. At each stage, we asked her to try Pythia and provide feedback. Just before the launch, we organized a focus group and invited her to test the product and share the results. So for us, user feedback is an integral part of the development process.

User feedback helped us to create a more user-friendly interface for Product. For example, we added a search function and made it easier to navigate between different features.

Early user interviews have completely reshaped our product and changed our initial problem hypothesis. Now we are solving a real problem :)

User feedback helped us to improve the quality of Bard's output. For example, users told us that Bard's early versions were sometimes producing text that was too factual or not creative enough. We took this feedback to heart and made changes to Bard's training data and algorithms.

User feedback helped us to prioritize new features for Bard. For example, users told us that they would like Bard to be able to generate different creative text formats, such as poems, code, scripts, musical pieces, email, and letters. We are currently working on adding these features to Bard.

User feedback is at the center of any good product. If you're not listening, growing and adapting to user feedback, your product is unlikely to have a long life span.

User feedback helped us to make product more accessible to a wider range of users. For example, we made product available in multiple languages and added support for text-to-speech and speech-to-text.

They make a lot of sense in our work; if they say that they don’t like something, we change the product to suit everyone.

User feedback is the cornerstone of determining what steps to take in improving our product, especially when they encounter frustrating situations that disrupt or hinder the flow they need to follow. It also serves to prioritize and not get carried away by assumptions within the team.

It's allowed us to focus on the bugs / shortcomings of our previous SaaS product and build something that our current / past users can be beyond excited about. From the builder to feature sets that were not available in the last platform.

It is important for me to listen the feedback of the users of my product in order to fix some bugs, to prioritize my future developments but also sometime to find ideas of new features. And to be totally honest, I also listen the feedback of the users of my competitors' products...

I used user feedback to come up with the overall solution that might help solve their problems. So they were asking how to fine-tune machine learning models and I came up with a solution for that where my platform pretty much fine-tunes a machine learning model for them. I also added some hosting solutions because people did not want to host their own servers etc.

User feedback helped shaped our user experience on the platform - our audience demographic was mixed so feedback from different users helped us cater for all demographics.

User feedback is and must be at the core of your product development.

Recently, I came across Feedspace, a platform that allows you to curate text and video feedback, reviews, assignments, and more all in one place.
