Knowing how some individuals went through crazy tough times and managed to do great things is really motivating for any situation for me.
Having a trusted friend to talk to, writing things down and prayer. I’ve also tried to wait to respond to triggers (where possible) - and have found that doing that has often enabled me to avoid making a difficult situation much worse.
I also turn to ChatGPT during tough times. It's like having an impartial listening ear that provides empathy and constructive perspectives. The act of writing out my thoughts and feelings, even to an AI, can be therapeutic in itself. While it's not a replacement for human connection, ChatGPT is a helpful supplementary tool for emotional support and self-reflection, especially when you need to process things on your own timeline. Wishing you strength in navigating challenges!
