I think a good co-founder for a startup is like a trusty compass, possessing the adventurous spirit to explore new horizons, the resilience to weather storms together, and the ability to bring out the best in each other on the entrepreneurial journey 🗺️

I would say the complementarity your co-founder and you will have too. Not only that of course, but I think this is something you should think about.

Believe in yourself.

There are different qualities to look in each field, but broadly speaking I would say accountable, creative/resourceful & with high integrity.

One requirement should be to understand the level of passion that they have for solving the problem. There will be tough times in any startup, and if the founders share a high level of passion for solving the problems for the end customer, they will put in the effort and stick together through thick and thin!
