@serkanmercan I use MArkup for this or just Figma nothing fancy . My stack is only Figma, Blender and webflow and trello boards for tracking/delivery and I am pro in my stack.Unnecessary tools create overburden of subscription and management problems . I use mid-journey to create moodboards and colour ideas and dummy images which are then replaced by real products and real images 🙌
Providing Product design services to agencies and startups at one flat fee without the hassle of lots of meetings and hourly rates. There is huge problem of wasting time through video calls , and not getting top notch and high-converting designs at a fair price. Agencies and full-time employees are too expensive for a startup and they have a lengthy onboarding process especially if it is a bootstrapped one.
So I decided to productize my services for them and they find it easy to work with me. I cut down communication time to 15 minutes and delivery to 2 to 3 days.Everything is handled through trello boards , no need to do a video call or any meeting except for first time. The startups can take away their designs as they get completed from dedicated Trello boards.
Invoice is also generated once they sign up for subscription so I do not have to beg on email 🙂 .
Also, it makes my govt easy to file taxes and GST .
So it is a win-win solution for both me and agencies and startups.
I hardly work 4 to 6 hours a day and make more than any full-time employee in US .
