What platform do you use to manage your community?

4
For those of you running a business, what platform do you use to manage and engage with your community? How has this platform contributed to retaining customers and building long-term relationships? I’m particularly interested in hearing about any specific features, tools, or strategies within the platform that have been most effective in driving customer loyalty and repeat business. Additionally, how has the platform supported your efforts to scale and grow your community? If you’ve experimented with different platforms, what made you stick with the one you’re currently using?

A little late but Hacker huddle is being built for solo founders and indie hackers to launch and manage their communities in a gamified fashion

I use Discord for my community. It's great for real-time chat, organizing topics into channels, voice/video calls, and lots of integrations. Circle or Discourse are good options if you want forums rather than chat.
