Well, that totally depends on the context. If you're talking about the videos I watch in my leisure time, then they're mostly web series, all sorts of movies, and short films.
However, if asked professionally, videos with more visualization and lesser text make me happy. The very concept of the video is to save a person's time from reading lengthy texts.
So, animations or live recordings would be my choice.

Agreed, it depends on the context. I think it depends on your mood also. But most of the time, your choice remains similar. Definitely, you have less time and more formalities in a professional setting, where you like to watch motivational and professional videos. Overall you want to watch videos according to your personality.
Comedy videos but more than that I like anime videos with slow music in bg. Also food videos too.
