What is your go to resource for finding contract developers?

guess depend on country, stack etc... not sure of contract-specific websites, there are tons for development though

@chriscarex I agree with you on that. I've had developers all over world when I contract them directly. What I'm hoping for is a company that has developers on staff that can be deployed on need rather than me having to look individually each time.

@britt_joiner yes, I've used Upwork and TopTal before. At the early stage of our current dev, and because I'm not a technical founder, I'm hoping to find a company offshore or nearshore that can bring Q/A, PM and some other resources to my dev process in addition to specific development talents like ML and AI.
