Following this because I haven't found one I love. We use Drift because they have a free tier and it's pretty bad but gets the job done (most of the time). We used Intercom at my last company but they increased our prices so much after the first year in kind of a sleazy way so didn't want to go with them again.
@macgridcupcake Thanks for sharing 💪. And what are the most important features that matter to you in those apps? Anything in particular that worked great in Intercom but was pricey and isn't that great in the Drift for example?
Zendesk, easy to use for the team and check metrics to understand quality of customer support + good support, in case something went wrong and you need quick help.
