As a founder/creator, my greatest hurdle lies in getting my product to my target audience optimally. I constantly aim to balance maximizing customer acquisition while minimizing cost. This is a persistent challenge as it requires constant tweaking and optimization. Moreover, staying on top of market trends to keep the distribution strategy relevant is equally crucial. In the end, the core is to create a sustainable and effective distribution network.
