When using a product or deciding to use it, do you pay more attention to its UI or its functionality, or is there something else you pay the most attention to?

1/ Is it solving a genuine pain I have? 2/ What is my alternative if not for the tool / product? 3/ How expensive / not expensive is it solving the pain with the tool? UI / UX are all secondary.

I think UI is so important at the first sight so as a marketer if UI can impress me I think using the product later.
