Start with some tutorials, look at the documentation. But don't get stuck in tutorial hell. Try to think of a small project you can do with the technology, and get going!

Read news about technology, Google itself understands what you are interested in and will offer you to read.

Join relevant online communities and forums, participate in webinars and conferences, etc. Stay curious and continuously experiment with hands-on projects this I believe yields the best output

Yea I would say this platform is really great for learning about new platforms but also about the direction of market trends as a whole.
