Per my research, weekends are great for higher ranking since there is less competition, Mondays and Fridays are the most popular days to launch but Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday can get you most users sign ups :)
Gotta say it's the weekends
If you get top 10 you can get into the newsletter which gets more eyeballs on your product
