I'll share both:
• Work life: I should multi-task less and concentrate on 1 max. 2 things.
• Personal life: It would be good if I ate less chocolate. 😀
I hate it when I snooze my alarm or when I get those extra 10 minutes of sleep! I just wish I could just jump off bed as soon as I wake up. Did it a couple of years ago but lost that habit.
