Small teams slack, larger company meetings on Zoom.

We use Zoom and Slack for calls and Notion for notes.

Mostly use Meet as it an easy (not the best I know) integration with minimal learning curve and low costs for our startup.

Zoom for meetings, Slack for chatting internally and Telegram for community.

As I founded asynchronous video for team communication startup, we are almost entirely switched to async video using our own product. If there is a need for synchronous call then google meet or slack calls.
