what do you mean by "customer" are they developers? and who's gonna answer by situation? for example right now i am stuck at how can i implement bungee (a Digital signal processing library for time stretching and pitch shift in audio) there's no good documentation / community / implementations out there to help me, AI can't even help me as there's not enough resource on the internet to learn from, so can ProblemPulse help me?

if it's a too technical question, then Stack Overflow would be a right place because it's a technical community.
But if your problem is not getting solved by the tool which you are using (in this case its Bungee) it will connect (Async similar to stack Overflow) to other customer with your problem. They can share their solution, i.e
1. how they have used Bungee properly
2. If they have moved to other library which has solved their problem
Intent if other has already solved it then knowing how they solved it. Will be useful for the current customer who is facing the problem.

@akhilsurapuram damn i know what a customer is dude 😂 i think you didn't get what i asked, but forget that. I get what you're doing, now my question is what will i get? if i come onto your platform and help others, cuz its not a niche audience, every platform like stackoverflow, stackexchange (maths.stackexchange, economics.stackexchange, comics.stackexchange) all have their own niche, i don't care if i get anything in return i get to collaborate and know other people from the community and learn more, "learn more" is the key here. what's ProblemPulse offering?
