What do you think about Outsourcing?

So, you are a startup with a small team. You don't have time and energy for handling everything about the business. Would you prefer to outsource some business aspects (such as creating content for Content Marketing or creating Ad campaign)? Or, are the cons of outsourcing greater than its pros?

Outsourcing is great for smaller companies, because mostly they don't have HR department/person, so you need to make much more effort to find someone and resolve all the things about his employment.. In case of outsourcing you need something, other company knows what/how to do, they just deliver it to you and thats that. It's just very simply put :) We got a lot of experience with outsourcing, either as a company that outsources activities or vice versa.

It really all depends on who you work with. If you have someone in your network who can do the job for you, it's not a bad experience.
