Hey, what would be the usp here? There are many places online for templates for the most common legal docs. Admittedly fragmented but it’s not too much friction.
Which type of contracts do you want to support? And which jurisdictions?

There's a number of players in this field (check PandaDocs for instance). But competition means there's market.
