How you exit from owner biased and focus on customer needs ?
Rather than fixating on problems, the focus shifts towards satisfying personal ego by delivering a flawless product.

You need to clearly understand what you want to get on the MVP, in version 1.0, and so on. Otherwise, it will be an endless development.
