I would choose 4 days with 8h work day. Why? Work-Life Balance: If you prioritize having more free time for personal activities, relaxation, and family, the 4-day workweek might be more appealing. With longer workdays but an extra day off, you can have extended weekends and potentially better work-life balance.
I'd go for the 5-day workweek with 6-hour days, especially with my ADHD. It helps me stay on track and engaged daily. Shorter hours mean less mental fatigue, better focus, and a structured routine that keeps me grounded:)

Because of the flexible working hours, we can work more in a day and finish what we have for the week. But we can have the luxury of taking the Friday off, for example.
So, having a 4 days working week, it would be the same working hours but less working days.. win-win.
