I would say that they are: 1. Bold and brave - They dare taking risks 2. Curious - They are learners with a growth mindset 3. Vulnerable and humble - When in doubt they ask for help and when they fail they see it as a lesson not a loss

Grit - Heard a pitch from a founder a month ago where he emailed DoorDash 600 times before they agreed to a partnership.

They have unique habits, not just good habits but habits they have built by themselves. Habits they have arrived at after a good deal of self reflection and understanding of how those habits will benefit them. They do this because they know if just reading and learning was all it took , everyone would be successful.
