What are the best tools to create personal archives of web pages and videos?

Recently, I was going through my old bookmarks. Some of the web pages and videos I had bookmarked are no longer there. Either the site domain wasn't renewed or the videos were deleted by the person who uploaded them. I started looking for a way to create personal archives of sites but couldn't find anything reliable. ArchiveBox (https://github.com/ArchiveBox/Ar...) was dependency hell. Do you have any recommendations?
