Post in Facebook and Linkedin groups that cater to PH users. There is pretty much a Product Hunt facebook group for every country in the world. Same goes for Linkedin. Post your PH launch in there and ask people to upvote. Note: I'm 99% sure you will get 0 users if you do this but you will get quite a few upvotes.
