I found this post really helpful - https://www.reddit.com/r/b2bmark... (we're in the same boat, so doing as much research as I can & trying to get our team on board with PH as a first step)
We've been trying to figure out the same thing! So far we've really just been soaking up all Product Hunt has to offer, getting engaged and trying to meet other badass founders like yourself @justin_govy ! Will likely be sharing on LinkedIn and Twitter additionally
@akoratana twitter has been a great way to connect and engage with people. Linkedin feels like it's falling behind when it comes to the authentic community building aspects. Twitter is like my weekend hang crew while linkedin is more like a school classroom
@justin_govy have to agree with you there. As much as I like LinkedIn for the specificity of roles, industry, etc., it totally has that school classroom vibe
Hi Justin!
We are in the same boat, so I'm happy to hear what you find works for you.
I heard Indiehackers is good, and I've found some Slack communities which could be helpful.
And now you have one more person in your network ;)
@racheej Indiehackers, great thought. Slack has been a good one too. We're based in Austin so there are quite a few founder focused ones which is helpful. How have you been finding them? I usually just hear about them from networking events and whatnot.
@racheej@clement862 I usually get someone to email me a link, there are usually some admin gates but 99% immediate admission. Let me know if you want some invites
@jakub_piskor I'm pretty new to PH but I've really enjoyed it. Bummed I'm only just finding out about it, so many incredible businesses doing badass things!
